Abstract

    We are going to discuss the subject of the impact combustion fuels that are an eco friendly alternative into the ever growing 4.0 industry. In this day and age where global warming, pollution, exploitation, and years of cumulative impacts due to the ignorance of humans in exchange for greed. Humanity must move on from the extremely wasteful and environmentally dangerous source of combustion fuel into a much more renewable, environmentally friendly, and clean source of fuel. In this blog we are going to discuss the effects of such sources of alternative fuels into the 4.0 industry.

    Before we start on the impacts of such fuels. We are going to give all of you some insight along with a brief explanation on the subjects we are going to discuss.

4.0 Industry

For starters, lets start on the main focus of this blog. The 4.0 industry. What is the 4.0 industry? It is the fourth industrial revolution which is the automation of traditional manufacturing and industrial practices using the means of modern smart technology our predecessors did not have access to. Although similar to the 3.0 industrial revolution, it is the rise of machinery that helped the production of much more complex degrees such as robotics and the use of computers and complex coding systems.

The 4.0 industry focuses more on the digital side instead of the material side of the spectrum. The 4.0 industry is the rise of completely independent form industry in which nearly everything is taken care of by the use of computing devices along with the usage of artificial intelligence instead of the traditional man based production sequence that has a chance of creating errors in the production.

Although it is called the industrial revolution, it is primarily an industry in which nearly everything is digital such as cloud computing, big data, the creation of AI that can think and learn by itself with minimum data needed on the early process of creation, along with cybersecurity which has become a staple in most digital items due to the threat of crackers. Although it is mostly a digital industry, the 4.0 industry also covered the action of 3d printing. A form of production in which a 3d digital data was created first and then transferred into a 3d printer and with the data gain, will create whatever it is the data contains from the materials contained in the 3d printer with some limitation.

Alternative Fuel

    We are now gonna discuss the alternative fuel we choose which is the clean and bountiful Hydrogen. Our universe is made up of 75% Hydrogen. Although it is not in the form it can be used directly . The creation of usable hydrogen fuel is relatively easy. There are several ways in which it can be used. One of which is super easy to mass produce. Applying the process of electrolysis onto water is a way in which electricity is run through water to separate and trap the hydrogen from the oxygen atoms. This in turn with the rise of clean electricity from natural sources such as geothermal, wind, aqua, biomass, nuclear and solar are working hand in hand in making it easier to create more hydrogen fuel. Despite the reputation of it being a more expensive source of fuel, if more people were to begin using it the price will drop quite an amount due to more of the infrastructure being made to satisfy the demand and in turn making hydrogen more commercially available. And with the huge array of mass producing it coupled with the bountiful amount of it available, we won't need another source of fuel for a really really REALLY long time.

    Although there is the main problem of hydrogen in which it is hard to move around between points and it takes a pretty careful approach. We believe with enough raised awareness along with advanced enough safety measures, it can be done. And as for the transportation issue, it is actually a self fixing problem in which if enough people take interest in hydrogen fuel the company who supplies it will see a rise in economic and with that expansion and with that potential investors will come. Providing the necessary funding in order to make hydrogen much more commercially available. Be it in making it easier to move from supply to consumer with ground pipes or another method of making it easier. So if enough people take interest in hydrogen fuel, one of the main problems of the fuel will fix itself.

Connection/Impact

    Due to the different nature of the 4.0 industry with the energy source hydrogen due to the 4.0 industry being an extremely digital based industry with basically no usage of combustion fuel. We choose a much less direct impact the fuel will have which is in the form of the combination of both the industry in the form of eco friendly cars which utilizes the evolving industry of artificial intelligent in the form of self driving cars which utilizes the abilities of AI developed by the 4.0 industry companies in a partnership in order to not only give comfort but also improves the general safety of driving. The way these two extremely different industries work is in a form in which both industries play a part in making a product. And one that comes to mind is the rising business of eco-car or a car that is basically environmentally friendly in which it either runs on renewable energy or won’t create any form of emission that would be harmful to the environment. The environmentally friendly cars are usually considered high-end cars covered with specially designed objects from the sleek design of the wheel and seats to the aerodynamic body to even the space between the seat to the cup holder. So it is not surprising that almost every single electric car has some form of digital assistance. Be it a simple AI that just help the driver be much more stable to something a bit more complex like the WAYMO developed by Google or even a SIRI level AI in the convenience of your car in the spot in which the driving assistance along with what was the CD player used to be is now replaced by a SIRI level AI personal assistance as it isn't just a myth or some shallow promises. It is already here and it has started to be implemented in more and more cars with it now being only a matter of time until every single car has an AI and uses an environmentally friendly fuel. 

    There are however a much more minor connection between the two. And altho it does contain some impact it is not exclusive to the hydrogen fuel but to nearly every single industry. What are we talking about?. We are talking about the handling and management of data along with marketing. In short, this is not the impact of the hydrogen fuel to the 4.0 industry but more of the impact of the 4.0 industry towards the hydrogen fuel. It is without a doubt that with the way most things are handled in this day and age, the marketing of this alternative fuel will be without a doubt done mostly from the internet. One of the major parts of the 4.0 industry. And who's to say that AI advisors, managers, along with cloud storage won't be used?. It is definitely much more cost effective and has a smaller chance of error. And not only that, most data is probably gonna be saved in the cloud along with online surveys as a way to see the interest along with the path the industry should take, along with the usage of big data. So altho this isn't the impact of the fuel towards the 4.0 industry, it is notable that the 4.0 industry will also have an impact on the hydrogen fuel industry.

Conclusion

        Although there will be no direct impact from the existence of an alternative fuel to the extremely electricity reliant 4.0 industry, we can however predict some partnership between the two industry through the medium of electric cars (Eco-Cars  / Electric Cars) in the way of utilizing the ever evolving AI to be utilized in the very fuel reliant Eco-Cars in which most of it utilize a degree of AI implanted in it.
